REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing you with the best experience.
We offer a 24-hour refund policy for your convenience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of your purchase for assistance with refund requests. Refunds are issued at the discretion of MineMasters Store management.

It could take between 1-30 minutes for your purchase to be credited in-game. If you are still not credited after this time period, please open a support ticket on our forums with proof of purchase and we will look into your issues.
